HOW DO I GET STARTED?

We would be happy to hear from you! Please fill out the Contact Sheet and someone will reach out to you within 24 hours by email or phone to discuss your design needs. After pricing is finalized, a 50% deposit is needed in order to begin any design work.

CAN I SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?

To offer our clients the best pricing and the most convenient services no matter the location, our initial consultations are done over the phone. Our design studio is primarily operated online but we give you that personal touch that most webbased design agencies do not offer. You can actually reach and talk directly with your designer during business hours. Depending on the complexity of your order, face-to-face consultations may also be scheduled in our office as needed.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Prices vary depending on the product type, quantity, design complexity, printing and materials. Contact us to discuss the best custom design options to fit your style and budget.

HOW DO I PAY?

All estimates and invoices are sent via email. Deposits and final payments may be submitted online using a major credit card or PayPal. You also have the option to pay by check by mailing it to our office: 150 Monument Road Suite 207, PMB#0038, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. Make checks payable to: Diona Nicole Design Studio, LLC. Please note that checks must be processed and cleared before any design work begins.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Time frames vary depending on the product type, printing process and materials. All online estimates include an expected ETA. For wedding invitations it is best to start the design process at least 6 months prior to the big day to ensure a good, stress-free timeline.

DO I GET TO SEE DESIGN OPTIONS BEFORE I PAY?

You get to see design options after a 50% deposit is made to secure your order. However you are not required to pay your invoice in full until your design is approved and ready for production. All designs are sent via email and are rendered as accurately as possible. They are a good representation of what your final product will look like. Depending on the product type and availability, physical samples may be sent for your approval prior to production.

HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCTS?

Products may be shipped directly to you for your convenience at an additional cost. Or you may pick up your items for FREE at our Bala Cynwyd office between 8:30am- 5pm, Monday through Friday.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Our office is open by appointment only. However pick-up and drop-off is available to our clients Monday through Friday during normal business hours, 8:30am- 5pm.

DO YOU ADDRESS INVITATION ENVELOPES?

Yes we would love to address your envelopes to complete the design and look of your invitations from the inside out. Contact us to discuss pricing.

DO YOU OFFER MAILING SERVICES?

Are you worried that you just don’t have the time to stuff, seal and mail your product in time? I understand that there is just so much more you could be doing with your time. For an additional fee, we will fully assemble, stuff, seal, and send it out for you. Contact us to discuss pricing.
